The Receptionist will manage incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, organize and maintain records, and support the daily operations of the office with clerical duties. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth running of front desk activities.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and effective management of Receptionist DutiesProficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing and organizationClear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional Customer Service abilities to engage effectively with clients and visitorsAttention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management skillsProficiency with standard office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a bonus
