We are currently seeking a Junior Microsoft Developer. The position is fully onsite in Frankfort, KY. We are seeking a Junior Microsoft Developer to support application development for a state government organization. This role will assist with designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications built on the Microsoft platform. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET. Assist with the design and development of distributed systems. Write, test, debug, and document application code. Develop and support graphical user interfaces. Work with relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle. Write and maintain SQL queries and database objects. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot application issues and support system improvements. Collaborate with developers, business users, and technical teams. Qualifications Experience or coursework in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, or related Microsoft technologies. Understanding of object-oriented programming. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle. Basic knowledge of application design, testing, debugging, and documentation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Internship, academic, or professional software development experience.
