Presentation & Experience Designer
We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Presentation & Experience Designer to elevate how our agency shows up—across pitches, marketing materials, and our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for the visual quality of our business development efforts, help shape agency marketing collateral, and play a key role in enhancing the design and user experience of our website. As a media agency without an in-house creative team, this position will turn strategy and ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging work that reflects our brand at every touchpoint. Primary Responsibilities:Presentation & Pitch DesignDesign high-impact pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations from outlines, drafts, or raw contentTranslate complex media strategies, data, and performance insights into clear, persuasive visual narrativesCreate and maintain presentation templates (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote)Elevate presentations with custom charts, diagrams, frameworks, and storytelling structures, not just polished slidesUtilize AI-enabled tools to create decks for speed to market and consistency of format and quality of presentation.Partner closely with leadership and business development teams on high-stakes new business pitches Marketing & Business Development MaterialsDesign agency marketing collateral including one-sheets, case studies, credentials decks, and sales materialsSupport the Business Development team with visually compelling materials that strengthen our positioning and win rateHelp craft and evolve how the agency tells its story across all outbound materialsEnsure consistency and quality across all branded assets Website & Digital Experience DesignImprove and enhance the visual design, layout, and user experience of the agency websiteEnsure the agency’s brand is consistently and effectively expressed across all web pagesCollaborate on content presentation, page structure, and visual storytellingDesign graphics, layouts, and visuals that elevate the overall look and feel of the site Light UX & Experience DesignCreate low- to mid-fidelity wireframes for simple client-facing experiences (landing pages, dashboards, content hubs)Improve flow, structure, and usability across presentations and digital conceptsApply core UX principles (information architecture, hierarchy, clarity) without needing full product design depth Visual Systems & Brand DevelopmentHelp define and evolve the agency’s visual identity in the absence of a formal creative teamBuild reusable design systems (slide templates, iconography, chart styles, layouts)Create brand consistency across presentations, marketing collateral, & digital platformsApply both agency and client brand guidelines accurately and thoughtfully Qualifications 3-6 years of relevant design experience (agency experience preferred)Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint (essential)Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for layout and light UX workExperience using AI enabled tools for deck design and marketing.Strong understanding of visual hierarchy; typography; layout, spacing, and composition; and storytelling through designExperience creating materials for client-facing or executive audiencesAbility to take rough content and transform it into clear, compelling design Please Note: This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of in-office work at our Chicago location and remote work from home. Position SalaryWe are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $85,000. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
