Headquartered in Centerville, the organization is committed to enriching lives with compassion and respect.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Program Coordinator located in Springdale, OH. The Residential Program Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations of the homes, staff and scheduled, and ensure adherence to individual service plans. Responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans tailored to client needs, supervising staff, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality customer service. The Coordinator will also play a key role in fostering a compassionate and productive environment for both staff and clients. They will be a main point of contact for guardians and SSA's as well as handle escalated issues. They understand if a home is short staffed, has an emergency or call-off's that are unable to be filled, they will be providing direct care. Qualifications1 Year as a Program Manager or Coordinator, with skills including intake, management and care plan creation.Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with staff, clients, and familiesExceptional organizational and leadership skillsUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare or residential servicesPrior experience in the disabilities field is requiredHigh School Diploma or GED required.
