DescriptionAWS Training & Certification is looking for an experienced technical program management (TPM) leader who is passionate about transforming education.We're seeking an experienced TPM leader to drive successful product launches, beta programs, and go-to-market strategies. This role will serve as the central coordinator between Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product releases and maximum impact.The successful candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgement, deep technical understanding, and demonstrated experience influencing both internally, and externally at all levels as well as proven ability to execute both strategically, and tactically. This position requires a candidate who is customer focused with a passion for new, ambiguous, industry-defining projects.Key job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Program Management:Develop and maintain comprehensive product launch schedules and roadmapsCreate and track program milestones, dependencies, and critical pathsIdentify and manage risks, creating mitigation strategies proactivelyLead cross-functional meetings and drive decision-making processesProduct Launch ManagementOrchestrate end-to-end product launch activities across all departmentsCoordinate launch materials, and customer-facing collateralEstablish launch metrics and track success criteriaBeta Program ManagementDesign and execute beta programs with key customersCollect and analyze feedback from beta participantsManage beta customer relationships and expectationsTranslate beta insights into actionable product improvementsStakeholder ManagementMaintain clear communication channels with internal teams and external partnersCreate and distribute regular status updates to all stakeholdersAlign sales and marketing teams on product positioning and timingWork with customer success teams to ensure smooth customer adoptionAbout the teamAbout AWSDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
