Operations ManagerLocation: Austin, TXSchedule: Full-time (5 days per week on-site required)We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing and operational activities for a growing industrial technology organization based in Austin. This role is responsible for overseeing production workflows, coordinating with engineering, managing materials and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.This position requires a leader who is comfortable working directly with shop-floor teams while also managing planning, procurement, and operational execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and production operationsLead and support fabrication, assembly, and technical teamsManage procurement of materials, supplies, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate closely with engineering on production planning and changesEnsure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of projectsTrack operational performance and drive process improvementsRequired Qualifications:Engineering background (required)Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentProven ability to work directly with welders, fabricators, or technical production teamsStrong organizational and operational leadership skillsExperience managing schedules, materials, and suppliersPreferred:Experience in industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or engineered productsFamiliarity with ERP / MRP systemsBackground in fast-paced, build-to-order manufacturing environmentsThis is an on-site role in Austin and requires daily presence at the facility.For confidential consideration or to learn more, please apply directly or reach out via message.
