Full Stack Java Software EngineerWhen you love the work you do, any mission is possible.Tiber is seeking a software engineer to join a fast-paced development team supporting a modern microservice-based software ecosystem with multiple user interfaces. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and enhancement of scalable applications and services.The team follows a collaborative development approach where engineers play an active role in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside other developers to solve complex technical challenges, build reliable software solutions, and support the evolution of existing systems.Required skills:Strong experience with Java development, including design, debugging, and problem-solvingExperience developing RESTful web applicationsExperience with Spring BootExperience working with MongoDB or similar database technologiesExperience implementing automated testing practicesNice to have:Full-stack development experience, including UI development with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.jsExperience with Kafka or similar messaging platformsExperience with Linux administrationFamiliarity with automated build tools, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsRequirements:Must be a U.S. citizen.Must hold an active clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fieldPhysical requirements:This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time.
