This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work and take pride in keeping systems running at their best, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Caesars Entertainment family.ResponsibilitiesComplete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipmentMaintain working knowledge of property systems, including:Boilers, chillers, pumps, and air handlersPlumbing distribution and fire protection systemsElectrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic)Kitchen and restaurant equipmentMechanical and non‑mechanical systemsCompressors, refrigeration units, and air‑conditioning equipmentKeep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reportsMaintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelinesPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility OperationsDeliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service to all guests and team membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred1–3 years of related experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar fieldStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and write reports, lists, memos, and basic business correspondenceBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsCertificates, Licenses & RegistrationsMust possess and maintain applicable licenses, if requiredOSHA Certification requiredTrade certifications preferredBe Part of Something LegendaryIf you’re ready to bring your technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality to Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin, we’d be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
