Description As a Chick-fil-A Millennium Park Team Member, you will be working at one of only 2 flagship Chick-fil-A locations in the country. It is our job to represent Chicago well through providing professional Chick-fil-A hospitality experience to those who have never encountered it before and exemplify it for those who have.We are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment that curates personal and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Care for Hospitality:- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience- Take orders, process payments, and accurately assemble and deliver orders in a timely manner- Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining room, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety2. Skill Development:- New hires will go through a proper introductory training program- Promotion Path is visible and the training materials for each promotion is accessible- All team members will be given regular feedback on their performance; it is a requirement to embrace all feedback3. Teamwork and Collaboration:- Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive and supportive work environment- Communicate your needs and goals clearly to team members and members of leadership- Contribute to a culture of respect, genuine hospitality, and professionalism4. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
