Team members collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in Miami, FL. The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including supervising contractors and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring site safety, managing budgets and cost controls, reviewing and approving change orders, and tracking project progress against timelines. The role will also involve conducting site inspections, resolving field issues, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients, and preparing regular project reports. The Construction Manager will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily field operations.Experience in budgeting and project control, including cost tracking, change management, and schedule monitoring.Solid knowledge of construction and construction safety, including building codes, best practices, and OSHA standards.Proficiency in construction documentation review, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.Ability to work on-site full time in Miami, FL and visit multiple project locations as needed.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, OSHA safety training) are beneficial.
