The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Operations, Business Management, and Scheduling teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved.Position OverviewThe Engineer Operations Program 1 (Integration Tool Engineer) will manage tooling statements of work and perform Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.This individual will be responsible for Earned Value Management (EVM), cost forecasting, schedule integration, staffing coordination, and project performance tracking across multiple programs.This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to present to leadership and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesGain familiarity with engineering and technical aspects of tools used in aircraft component manufacturingCoordinate cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectivesPerform full Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilitiesUpdate and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and data productsReview monthly EV data and provide cost account status reportingTrack budget actuals vs. forecasts and performance against EV baselineProvide weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and participate in CAM status reviewsCoordinate change requests with Business Management and Scheduling teamsConduct schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planningSupport staffing planning, logistics coordination, and forecastingFacilitate internal meetings, track action items, and ensure project closurePrepare and deliver presentations to leadership, customers, and stakeholdersManage multiple tooling projects including in-house and offsite fabricationBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)U.S. Citizenship (required)Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret ClearanceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)Strong presentation and communication skills across multiple organizational levelsPreferred StrengthsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or manufacturing programsFamiliarity with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)Strong analytical and financial tracking capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in cross-functional engineering environmentsApply now with an updated resume ASAP.About PROLIM CorporationPROLIM is a leading provider of end-to-end IT, PLM and Engineering Services and Solutions for Global 1000 companies.
