Job Details Location: Hudson, FL 34667 - Gulf Coast / near Tampa Bay; ideal for candidates searching for Florida nursing and cardiac tech jobs Setting: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab within a Level II Trauma Center (cardiac electrophysiology, catheterization support) Assignment Type: Travel Radiology Technologist / Travel EP Technologist Start Date: March 31, 2026 End Date: June 30, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour days) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,810 - $1,940 On-Site Position Job Requirements At least 1 year of recent Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) experience as an EP lab technologist or radiology technologist supporting cardiac cases Ability to monitor and scrub EP cases, assist with fluoroscopy and device implantation procedures Experience with GE X-ray systems and Claris hemodynamic systems preferred Familiarity with Mac Lab and Meditech EMR systems is a plus Preferred certifications (examples): EP Tech, CVT, ARRT (R), RCIS; state radiologic technologist licensure as applicable Strong team player with a positive, self-starting attitude and commitment to patient-centered care Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff Responsibilities Monitor and scrub EP cases in a state-of-the-art electrophysiology lab (cardiac electrophysiology procedures) Assist with a variety of procedures including A-Fib ablations, EP diagnostics, device insertions (pacemakers/ICDs), and TEE/CV support Operate and support GE fluoroscopy/X-ray and Claris hemodynamic systems during procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, CVT techs, EP physicians, and cath lab staff Ensure accurate documentation and patient care using Mac Lab/Meditech EMR systems Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in the EP lab Contribute to a positive team environment and support the growth of the hospital's EP program Apply now to join this EP lab team as a travel Radiology Technologist in Hudson, Florida.
