Legal Copy Services Office Assistant
Overview
We are a record retrieval provider that supports law firms and insurance carriers. Our goal is to ensure that records are processed efficiently and delivered to our clients in a timely manner. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Copy Service Office Assistant.
Duties
Contact facilities to check on the status of the requested records.
Handle and process incoming records, both physical and digital.
Review and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Keep up with timelines to ensure records are received on time.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with others.
Proficiency in using Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft Word.
Detail-oriented mindset, able to catch and resolve even the smallest errors.
Go-getter attitude: self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle difficult people and situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
