As the _ Dietary Manager_, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet individual dietary needs Responsibilities: Ensure residents have a nutrition assessment completed upon admission and once quarterly after admission. Complete diet profiles upon admission and annually after admission. Establish the residents dietary care plan and that it is updated to match their correct diet order, supplements, snacks, adaptive equipment, etc. Make sure care plan meetings are completed quarterly for each resident with the care plan team, the resident and the resident’s family members. You must be prepared with the resident’s current diet, supplements, weight and intake of meals. You are required to attend meetings to discuss any changes that need to be made to resident’s diets, supplements or snacks. Other responsibilities requested by your supervisor . Experience/Education Prefer Candidate be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Must have experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
