Job TitleThis contract supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its component agency, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in advancing its mission to protect the nation and respond to emergencies effectively. Specifically, it focuses on enhancing and sustaining FEMA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Operations Portfolio. The mission centers around the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of IT systems and services that are critical to FEMA's ability to deliver emergency management capabilities. This includes ensuring continuous system availability, security, modernization, and operational efficiency to support FEMA's mission-critical programs and services. ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of contact for all contractor work under the PWS, liaising with the CO and COR. Be available MondayFriday, 9 a.m.4 p.m. EST, and respond within 8 hours to government inquiries. Lead initiatives to transform and modernize FEMA's IT systems and infrastructure. Manage technical staff and support OCIO requests for continuous transformation. Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with FEMA's objectives. Ensure successful project execution from start to finish, including day-to-day activities. Identify and mitigate obstacles using strong budget and project management skills to maintain financial accountability. Required QualificationsClearance: Must obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to beginning work Citizenship: US Citizen Certifications: Must hold one of the following: PMP, CISSP, or CISM. Experience: 10 years of Demonstrated leadership experience in transforming organizations to meet future strategic needs.
