As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role partners directly with the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board to drive organizational performance through talent, leadership, and transformation. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, with 5 in an executive/senior level roleIn depth experience with international organizationsWorking knowledge and understanding of international, federal, state, and local laws, as well as relatedComfort and ability to work as a player and a coach.Ability to engage, support, and leverage a matrix organizationStrong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of HR principles and best practices.What's In It For You:Join a company that truly values its employees!
