On any given day, you may be called on to:Provide support regarding the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) 9.7 application to project teamsSupport our team's transition and data migration from DOORS 9.7 to DOORS NextProvide content entry in DOORS for project teamsMonitor and maintain integrity of linkages within the database throughout the development phases of programsGenerate reports and analysisCoordinate and support all users of the requirements databaseDevelop and deploy RPE scripts and templates for use with the DOORS requirements databaseTrain and mentor other team members to interact with the databaseTroubleshoot DOORS issuesCreate required Microsoft Word documents from the DOORS database to support project teams using IBM Rational Publishing Engine (RPE)Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for DOORS to support requirements management throughout the organizationWork with Manager and Team Leadership to extract stakeholder requirementsManage changes to requirementsPerform other duties as assignedJob is primarily remote/work from home, with scheduled onsite meetings as requiredQualifications We Require2 years of database management, data entry or programming experienceQualifications We DesireFluency in the use of DOORS 9.7 and/or DOORS Next requirements management toolFluency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in configuration management within DOORSVisual Basic Office Scripting and Word MacrosKnowledge and experience of DXL or JavaScript programming languagesPhoto editing softwareVisioIBM Rational Publishing EngineSharePointPrevious DOE experienceAbout Our TeamThe Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) Process Management & Integration department provides technical and administrative support to NNSA for the Defense Programs Business Process System (DPBPS).
