Job DescriptionThey need to work from their respective base client's work location.Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in IT Field SupportResponsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.Familiarity in handling Apple iPads and Android tablets.Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts Physical Effort: Generally required to lift to 25 pounds occasionally. Possess valid Driving license and able to drive to fulfil job requirements.Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice.Willing to travel to other sites from your home base located around 2 hours driving distance.Willing to travel to other locations for project purposes. Certain trips will last for a week. It is required to travel 2 weeks per month for project-related tasks.Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills.
