Join the founding team to support a new employer-sponsored 24-hour onsite child care client center and help build the high-quality program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development.About The RoleAs an Education Director, you will:Ensure consistent implementation of a developmentally appropriate, child-centered curriculum aligned with state standards and best practicesTrain and onboard teachers in the Vivvi Learning Model and instructional expectationsProvide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to facultyPartner with Mentor Teachers and leadership to ensure curriculum fidelity across classroomsSupport family engagement through communication, conferences, and school eventsAssist in maintaining compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and quality initiativesPromote an inclusive and collaborative school cultureStep in as an operational leader in Head of School's absenceApply Today If You:Have 2+ years of experience in a leadership or instructional coaching roleHold a Bachelor's degree (preferred) in ECE or related field or eligible to meet state qualifications for a lead teacher or higher (CDA or equivalent)Meet or are eligible to meet AL requirements for a leadership role in a licensed child care programHave strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and early learning standardsAre experienced in coaching teachers and supporting curriculum implementationUnderstand licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectationsBuild strong relationships with families and staffHave strong leadership and communication skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our educators earn salaries based on level of education and experience.
