We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.Job Summary:The Office Manager will be the backbone of our office operations, responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining organized financial records, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills, QuickBooks expertise, and the ability to handle both routine and specialized duties in a fast-paced home improvement environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all daily office operations including filing, organizing, and maintaining a professional office environment.Manage weekly payroll processing accurately and timely.Prepare and supply weekly operational and financial reports to management.Assist with monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and coordinate year-end financial documentation.Handle all incoming phone calls from new and existing customers, ensuring professional and courteous communication.Manage schedules and coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and vendors.Maintain and update customer and vendor records in QuickBooks.Order and maintain office and jobsite supplies as needed.Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.Provide general administrative support including mail handling, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related fields.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a must.Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.Ability to manage phone communications professionally and efficiently.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or accounting is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and VacationOpportunity to grow with a reputable and expanding companySupportive team environment with plenty of autonomy
