Designers are encouraged to contribute meaningfully across all phases of the process, working closely with senior leadership on some of the industry’s most design-forward residential projects.This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate-level Interior Designer with strong luxury residential and commercial experience who is equally passionate about concept development, sourcing, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually sophisticated, proactive, and technically proficient, with the ability to support multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a high level of design integrity.Key Responsibilities:Support the Senior Project Manager and design leadership across all phases of luxury residential and hospitality projectsAssist in the development of interior concepts through mood boards, finish palettes, presentations, renderings, and material studiesSource furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, fixtures, and decorative elements aligned with the overall design visionCreate and revise floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUpProduce high-quality 3D models and renderingsAssist with the preparation of client presentation materials and design decksCoordinate and track FF&E selections, proposals, quotations, invoices, lead times, and order statusesReview shop drawings, CFAs, and vendor submittals under the guidance of senior leadershipParticipate in site visits, installations, vendor meetings, and project coordination meetingsAssist in maintaining organized project documentation, schedules, and material librariesCollaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to ensure seamless project executionSupport construction administration and installation coordination while helping maintain the integrity of the design vision throughout executionContribute creatively through research, sourcing, and design ideation for ongoing and future projectsKey Skills / Requirements:Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field3–5 years of professional experience within high-end residential and/or hospitality interiorsStrong design sensibility with a sophisticated understanding of materiality, scale, proportion, and spatial compositionHighly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape with strong rendering and visualization capabilities requiredExperience supporting projects through multiple phases, from concept development through installationStrong understanding of luxury residential detailing, furnishings, finishes, and custom millwork coordinationExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in-office and on-site as neededValid driver’s license requiredTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
