Journeyman Drywall Finisher

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing drywall surfaces and completing various construction tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. **Responsibilities:** - Finish drywall surfaces by applying joint compound and tape to seams, sanding, and painting. - Assist in the installation of other construction materials, such as plaster and molding. - Perform caulking and other finishing tasks to ensure a seamless finish. - Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate installation of drywall and other materials. - Work closely with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time. - Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. **Skills:** - Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques and materials. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. - Experience with boxes, stilts , and level 5 finish - Maintenance Person skills with experience in general construction tasks. - Understanding of construction job sites. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work safely and efficiently. - Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
