Job Title: AV/VTC Engineer (Top Secret Cleared)Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FLPosition Type: Full-time, Direct HireSalary Range: $90-125,000 (or higher/negotiable based on experience)Summary:This role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of AV/VTC equipment. This position will also assist with documentation implementation and operational support of each project and participation in a joint on-call support rotation.Responsibilities:• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers event needs.• Perform preventative maintenance task to help maintain customer spaces including, but not limited to: testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware components.• Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to: meeting support, general break-fix maintenance, video/audio recording support.• Provide field service support of networked devices.• Understand and adhere to local safety standards for all site duties.• Provide job site documentation and end user training and as needed.• Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems.• Travel to various job sites as required.• Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends when required.• Deliver a “white glove” level of customer support to all clients.• Maintains delivery, return and tracking for AV loaner equipment.• Back up to Video engineer; video on demand.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience with AV system maintenance.• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (or certified by date of hire).• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues.• Excellent multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities.• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.• Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Benefits:• Medical benefits, including vision and dental.• Paid holidays, sick days, and personal days.• Enjoyable and dynamic company culture.• Training and professional development opportunities.
