While the successful candidate may be based in the Nordic region, their remit will span the UK, DACH and Nordics, with responsibility for developing broker-led origination across all three markets.Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, the role offers significant autonomy and commercial impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand broker relationships across the UK, DACH and Nordic regions.Originate, structure and close complex equipment finance transactions.Develop a strong pipeline of qualified broker-led opportunities.Position innovative financing solutions including CAPEX, sale-and-leaseback and Pay-per-Use models.Candidate Profile10+ years’ experience in asset finance or leasing with Nordic market exposure.Proven track record of closing high-value equipment finance transactions.A true, aggressive business developer with a hunter mindset, driven by deal-based commission and commercial success.Highly commercial, resilient and comfortable operating across multiple European markets.We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.£50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
