Position SummaryThe Inside Broker is responsible for assisting the Broker in developing, managing, and sustaining profitable business by providing high level technical expertise. The role is responsible for managing a broker’s book of business in-house using deep knowledge of initial risk assessments to secure the best coverage and place it smoothly in the right market. They provide customer service, resolve client inquiries through efficient communication, and process routine and complex transactions accurately.Locations: Atlanta, Boca Raton, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tampa, MiamiWhat will your job entail?Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial casualty business directed to the internal brokerage teamAnalyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditionsNegotiate complex renewals and new placements with top insurance carriers and wholesale marketsEvaluate quotes and contract provisions; present pricing, coverage, and terms clearly and confidentlyOrder, review, and assess additional risk information as needed to support underwriting decisionsTake policies through completion, including recommendations, binding, invoicing, and policy issuanceMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and existing carrier partnersBuild new carrier relationships to expand market access and placement optionsEnsure accuracy and compliance within agency management systems and documentationReview policies for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesPrepare submissions, reports, cover letters, and related documentationStay current on industry trends, market shifts, and commercial property best practicesParticipate in ongoing professional development and team knowledge‑sharingTeam & CultureHigh‑performing, collaborative commercial property & casualty team with consistent business flowing inKnown for aggressive growth, strong execution, and disciplined deal managementSupportive culture with constant internal dialogue around markets, deal strategy, and placement approachProfessional, down‑to‑earth team environment—hard‑working, respectful, and relationship‑drivingWhy This RoleImmediate earning opportunity- You step into a large, established commercial casualty book with business already flowing—your income isn’t dependent on building something from scratch.Performance is rewarded- This team recognizes execution and results.
