Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, this role partners closely with executives, department heads, and HR stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.This role is highly goal‑oriented and metrics‑driven. Success is measured through clear hiring outcomes such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, and pipeline health.
