Job Title: Document Control SpecialistPay Rate: $21.20/hr - $30/hr depending on years of experience.Schedule: 1st ShiftLocation: Irvine, CA 92618Summary:Supports document control activities by updating, auditing, and maintaining controlled documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and adherence to document control practices.Responsibilities:Update and format procedures, work instructions, and forms (Word/Excel/Visio)Maintain logs and trackers (Excel)Create/update process flowcharts, tables, forms (Word/Excel/Visio)Perform document audits: formatting, proofreading, and reference verificationApply version control, numbering, and change trackingSupport document release, distribution, and archivalRequirements:Proficient in Word, Excel, VisioExperience with document editing and version controlStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationClear written and verbal communicationFlexible and adaptable to changing requirements.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsPreferred:Document control or quality systems experience (ISO 9001 / AS9100)Exposure to audits or regulated environments
