Supply Chain Analyst III (Demand Planning & Logistics Operations)
Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst III to support demand planning, supply allocation, and logistics operations within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, order management, allocation activities, and operational reporting to ensure product availability and on-time customer delivery.The ideal candidate will possess experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, logistics coordination, and data analysis, along with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, SAP knowledge, and bilingual Korean/English communication capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain short-term demand forecasts (up to 6 months) for assigned product categories using historical trends, sales data, and market insightsManage weekly demand forecasts at SKU and site level to support supply planning and customer commitmentsCollaborate with Product Management, Sales, Business, and Operations teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand fluctuationsUpdate top-line forecasts to ensure short-term supply availability and demand alignmentSupply Chain & Allocation ManagementExecute PSI/SCP activities to ensure product availability and timely customer deliveriesManage allocation activities to support forecasted customer demand and product distributionInput weekly forecasting data to optimize product allocation across customer accounts and locationsMonitor customer orders and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure on-time delivery performanceSupport logistics activities including stock transfers, diversions, and inventory movementsInventory & Logistics OperationsMonitor inventory levels and develop recommendations balancing inventory investment with service level objectivesCoordinate production planning and supplier activities to align supply with demand requirementsMonitor order processing and shipment activities to support monthly sales objectivesAnalyze inventory aging and availability reports to optimize inventory utilization and reduce excess stockSupport weekly inventory reviews and factory aging management activitiesReporting & AnalyticsPrepare and publish daily and weekly operational reports related to PSI/SCP activitiesGenerate demand, inventory, allocation, and supply chain performance reportsAnalyze sales trends, inventory aging, order activity, and supply chain metricsProvide recommendations and updates regarding demand planning, inventory performance, and operational improvements to leadership teamsRequired SkillsSAP experienceBilingual Korean & English (Required)Demand Planning / ForecastingAdvanced Microsoft ExcelSupply Chain OperationsLogistics CoordinationInventory ManagementData Analysis & ReportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field preferred3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Data Analysis, or related environmentAdvanced Excel skills including reporting, analysis, formulas, Pivot Tables, and forecasting supportGeneral understanding of supply chain functions and logistics processesAbility to interpret sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, and inventory reportsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively within fast-paced environments and manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with strong initiative and attention to detailCompany DescriptionLanceSoft is a global workforce solutions and IT services firm founded in 2000, specializing in temporary/permanent staffing, IT services, and outsourcing (RPO) for sectors like healthcare and IT.
