This role works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and conduct individual therapy. The QMHP collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team members to stabilize clients, develop discharge and aftercare plans, and ensure ongoing support following crisis center services.
