This leader will play a defining role in shaping our next-generation AI-forward, modern, unified platform. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams to drive alignment and deliver outcomes at scale, bringing a strong command of cross-functional leadership, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a clear point of view on AI's role in the future of vertical SaaS. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact seat at a market-leading company and build something the industry hasn't seen before.The Senior Director, Product will be the single accountable leader for the Online and Desktop product suites, owning strategy, roadmap, team performance, and business outcomes. They will report to the CPO, joining a product leadership team with the mandate to shape both the platform and the organization being built around it.What You’ll DoPlatform Strategy and VisionOwn and articulate the product vision and roadmap for Online and Desktop, aligned to Procare's platform-of-the-future strategy and AI roadmap. Drive a unified cross-platform customer experience, eliminating fragmentation across SMB and enterprise product surfaces. Stay current on the ECE competitive landscape and emerging AI-native entrants; translate competitive intelligence into actionable roadmap decisions. Product Delivery and OutcomesLead execution of major product initiatives across Online and Desktop, with clear ownership of narrative, rollout sequencing, and customer positioning.Establish and maintain an outcome scorecard: each major initiative defines what metric moves, by how much, and by when, connecting product investment to business results. Deliver world-class product launches that move the market and strengthen customer retention and expansion. Team Leadership and CultureBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing PM team. This includes growing PMs from within and recruiting externally as the team scales.Model an AI-native product development mindset: use AI tools to accelerate customer insight generation, discovery, spec-writing, and decision-making.Act as a servant leader and coach, developing product managers who own value and viability, not just delivery.Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and customer empathy across both Online and Desktop teams. Cross-Functional and Organizational InfluencePartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align roadmap with revenue motions and customer commitments. Conduct executive product briefings and demos for enterprise customers and key prospects. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have10+ years' in product management, with at least 5+ years' in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role managing multiple PMs.Demonstrated track record of owning and launching SaaS products that moved business outcomes: retention, revenue, activation, not just shipped features. Experience working in a multi-product or multi-platform environment, including navigating platform integration or consolidation decisions.Experience leading product teams with complex workflows.Strong command of outcome-based product development: OKRs, prioritization frameworks, discovery methods, and data-informed decision making. Proven ability to build and develop PM teams. Excellent communicator, written and verbal, who can operate effectively with C-suite, board members, enterprise customers, and IC product managers. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
