IT Support Engineer

We are looking for IoT Field Technicians to support large-scale IoT device installation and deployment.Location: Lansing, MIEligiblity: USC or GC HolderResponsibilities:Install and configure IoT devices (BLE, GPS) and QR labels on containers (steel racks, plastic totes, and specialized units)Ensure secure mounting, proper labeling, and compliance with safety standardsUse mobile applications to onboard devices, scan QR codes, and validate installationsPerform routine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenanceInstall and support cellular gateways, ensuring connectivity and coverageMaintain accurate records, including photo documentationCoordinate site access, schedules, and handle on-site exceptions or issuesRequirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in IoT device installation or field deploymentsExperience with tools, troubleshooting, and field operationsFamiliarity with mobile apps and basic networking conceptsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyValid driver’s license and willingness to travel
