Employment is contingent upon obtaining the license within a 60-day trial period.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territory.Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.Conduct cold calls on applications generated from events.Make renewal quotes and follow up on all quotes.Perform daily grassroots marketing.Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships; attend sales training as needed.Create campaigns for agencies to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation events.Ensure the agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies.Provide reports to MGA and communicate effectively with Sales Agency Managers, Pronto MGA/GA, Underwriting Personnel, and Pronto MGA/GA Claims Department.Direct all claim inquiries to the MGA/GA Claims Department.Print Picture Report periodically and ensure all pictures are uploaded accordingly.Count money and reconcile with the Daily Deposit Report at shift end.Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits.Travel to various locations as needed.Education & Experience RequiredHigh School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience.Attitude for success and desire to make money.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to type and use a computer to capture data.Ability to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner.Preferred: bilingual in English & Spanish.ScheduleMonday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PMSunday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Select Locations)J-18808-Ljbffr
