Medieval Times is looking for enthusiastic RETAIL SALES CLERKS to join our dynamic team in maintaining outstanding customer service while selling retail items and photos.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:Greets customers and ascertains each customers' wants or needsAssists guests in enhancing he excitement of their Medieval Times experience.Has fun while delivering a great guest experience!Answers questions regarding merchandise and pricingDescribes options for taking and purchasing photosUses camera to take both staged and candid photos of guestsSells retail items and photos to guests in the arenaAssists in monthly and quarterly physical inventory of merchandiseMaintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchangesFollows Medieval Times cash handling policiesArranges and displays merchandise to promote salesPerforms additional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Positivity, enthusiasm, and big smiles!Ability to process information through computer systemAbility to count money and make changeAbility to proactively engage guests in making a saleAbility to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members and GuestsAbility to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentationPhysical ability to stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs during assigned shifts.Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as neededEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:High school diploma preferredGreat 1st job opportunity, no experience necessary, just an outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.PERKS FOR WORKING AT MEDIEVAL TIMES!Gym Reimbursement401(k) company matchComplimentary show ticketsFun environment and great company cultureOpportunities for cross-training and advancement
