We invite you to join team TravisMathew.The Analyst, Sourcing Operations is responsible for determining capacity constrained supply requirements which support customer service, inventory and cost objectives. This individual will analyze short- and long-range vendor capacity plans by construction and material groups and make relevant recommendations. Additionally, the Analyst, Sourcing Operations is responsible for analyzing and reporting out various metrics (i.e., capacity, duty rates, freight rates, lead times, etc.).Roles And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze short- and long-range capacity plans by vendor and recommend actions to improve service and costsManage vendor forecast communication in partnership with cross-functional teamsPresent summarized insights into to go forward capacity plans throughout the monthly S&OP processAnalyze and communicate forecast variances in partnership with Demand and Supply Planning teamsAnalyze and communicate factory performance and prioritize opportunities to reduce lead times based on resultsAnalyze yields and BOM data to suggest fabric purchases to level load finished goods suppliersPartner with cross-functional teams on weighted gross margin reporting across product groupsPartner with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate supplier scorecards and on-time deliveryTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERPProficient in PLM, preferredAbility to analyze data / detail and perform structured decision-makingAbility to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful mannerAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to travel, domestically and internationallyDeadline-driven with a strong sense of urgencyStrong analytical and modeling skillsStrong organization and prioritization skillsStrong presentation, verbal, and written communication skillsEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Production, Supply Chain or related fieldMinimum 3 years’ applicable analytical experience66,200.00 - 82,700.00 - 99,200.00 USD AnnualIf your experience is close to what we're looking for, please consider applying!
