Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Celebration, FL, for a Physical Therapy Manager. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing treatment plans to meet individual patient needs. Key responsibilities include supervising physical therapy staff, managing patient rehabilitation programs, collaborating with physicians to provide optimal care, and maintaining compliance with clinical regulations and standards. This position also focuses on the development of home care protocols and optimizing therapy outcomes.
