Project Manager (Modular Construction) – Remote Reside in Indiana20% travelWe’re partnering with a growing organization in the modular construction space to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and brings a strong understanding of construction and project workflows.About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with scope. You’ll work closely with clients as well as internal teams across sales/estimating, engineering, purchasing, and production to drive project success.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans, quotes, and supporting documentation to ensure full project understandingParticipate in customer design review meetings and internal coordination discussionsTrack and document design/specification changes and coordinate change ordersPartner with sales/estimating to align on cost impacts and approvalsSupport coordination of project submittals (cut sheets, etc.)Research and help resolve specification, structural, and code-related issuesMaintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and outstanding itemsEnsure projects stay on schedule and aligned with expectationsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong project management experience in construction or a related industry5+ years of modular construction experience preferred (or 10+ years in construction without modular)Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesFamiliarity with modular manufacturing processes and project workflowsAdditional DetailsRemote role with up to 20% travel (including occasional overnight travel to project sites or manufacturing facilities)Must be able to pass a background check Benefits401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
