We are one, WE ARE BLUBERI!Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented RMA Returns Associate to join our Quality Department. This role is hands-on and involves both physical movement and basic computer tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse or production-like environment and capable of accurately entering product data into Excel, labeling returned items, and preparing them for storage or shipment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process RMAs from field service and other external sourcesReceive rejected or nonconforming product from the Production departmentCatalog returned items accurately in the system, including part numbers, serial numbers, and failure detailsVerify warranty status with suppliers and document findingsTransfer out-of-warranty items from RMA status to the appropriate department for repair or reworkLabel, package, and prepare returned materials for shipmentRequest and process Transfer Orders (TOs) and supplier RMA paperworkCoordinate shipments to suppliers and internal departments in compliance with company proceduresCollect and provide failure data to support supplier report cards and performance analysisMaintain accurate records and ensure traceability throughout the return processCommunicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers regarding return status and findingsServes as a backup Quality Inspector during high-volume periods to support production flow and maintain quality standards.Assists with refurbishment activities as needed to support operational and production requirements.QualificationsMicrosoft Word and ExcelAbility to work independentlyMust be able to work in-person Mon-Fri 7 AM to 3:30 PMSome weekends and overtime may be requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP or inventory management systems preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant technical training preferredFamiliarity with RMA processes, warranty evaluation, and supplier coordination preferredWork EnvironmentWAREHOUSE: Job requires sitting and walking in the warehouse. Must be able to navigate warehouse environment safely.Physical DemandsLifting and Carrying: Returns processing requires the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, such as slot machines or replacement parts, which may weigh up to 50 pounds.Standing and Walking: The job often involves lengthy periods of standing and walking.Bending and Kneeling: Team members may need to bend down or kneel to access and repair components located at the base of the slot machines.Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication skills are necessary for documenting repairs, interacting with customers or casino staff, and providing instructions or reports.
