This job is posted for Earth Finance via ParallelEarth Finance is hiring an experienced Program Manager to successfully drive multiple projects and workstreams across our Renewable Fuels portfolio. This full-time role is based in Seattle, WA. What you’ll do: Serve as a Program Manager supporting multiple projects across our renewable fuels portfolio. This will be a key role in supporting multiple projects and operationalizing two new organizations focused on establishing the Pacific Northwest as a regional hub for SAF production, adoption, and commercialization.Lead the coordination of multiple project workstreams related to renewable fuels deployment, research, policy, and stakeholder engagement.Define and maintain program and project management tools, processes and norms to ensure efficient and effective delivery, strong collaboration and information-sharing, and robust cross-program coordination.Create effective staff resourcing plans and manage team assignments to support efficient and effective delivery.Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.Develop and maintain meeting agendas, notes, and action item trackers across the program workstreamsFacilitate cross-organizational collaboration between internal staff, coalition/client partners, and technical SME’s/consultants.Serve as the “source of truth” for coalition/client partners, industry stakeholders, and government agencies on the status of these programs.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external organizations, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on commitments.Organize and support facilitation of stakeholder meetings, workshops, and public events.Track stakeholder interests, priorities, and contributions to align them with project goals.Draft and coordinate program updates, briefing materials, and presentations for the client and other key stakeholders.Support the launch and operationalization of new organizations and business models.Proactively identify risks, challenges, or barriers to project success and recommend solutions.Implement best practices in project and program management tailored to a lean, start-up nonprofit environment.Regularly evaluate processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency and impact.Successfully launch and manage new operational systems.Drive timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.Develop communications materials (presentations, reports, talking points) that translate technical information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.Required Skills:Successful candidates will have 8 to 10 years of public and/or private program management experience. We prefer candidates with experience in Renewable Fuels, working with large-scale multi-sector coalitions, or working in large research facility such as a National Lab or a Research University / Institution.Familiarity with, and understanding of, existing and emerging renewable fuels global policies and standards, or the ability to get up to speed on these quickly, is required. Demonstrated ability to build lasting internal and external relationships, navigate high profile stakeholders, deliver high quality work and manage successful projects in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience leading teams and effectively communicating program goals, objectives, deadlines, and expectations to internal and external team membersBachelor’s degree (or equivalent training and / or experience) is required. Title and salary offered will be commensurate with your experience. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. We cover 100% of your premiums and 25% of the premiums for your dependents.
