New Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Indiana between Louisville & CincinnatiFull-time employment opportunity Base Pay (1-year guarantee) $550,000 Productivity-Bonus Compensation for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold Available Sign-On Bonus $50,000 for 3-year commitment Work RVU Conversion Rate $70 Call Coverage: 1 in 3 Vacation Time 4 weeks for the first 3 years & 5 weeks thereafter CME Hours (after first year of employment) 40 hours of CME time off per year CME & Dues Allowance (after first year of employment) $4,000 per contract year Relocation Assistance, Will live within 30 minutes response time when on call, per Medical Staff by-Laws, $10,000 Health & Retirement Benefits package 401(K) Hospital pays all incidental expenses, including Licensure, DEA, CSR, Malpractice (is occurrence based and Hospital pays tail coverage) Hospital pays for nursing/reception staff salaries & benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients. General Orthopedic practice providing both inpatient & outpatient service with call Major trauma is sent out Board Certified or Board Eligible/ACLS Certified Bonus Compensation for RVU's in excess of agreed threshold Four (4) day work week(Four ten hour day)/ Office suite is adjacent to the hospital Call 1:3 - participate in call coverage for clinic, Hospital rounding, admissions, ER consults, and call Enjoy the benefits of having an established patient base from day one Participate in Total Joint Program Sports medicine (including a variety of joint and muscular injuries). Athletic trainers provide dedicated services to many area high schools. We also care for weekend warriors, Fracture care, Joint replacement and reconstruction, Arthroscopic procedures, Arthritis problems, Joint problems and injuries (shoulders, knees, hips, elbows and ankles), Pediatric care, Ligament and tendon care (Achilles tendons, wrists, ankles, knees and shoulders) We have 6 ORs and one cysto room, we run 4 every day and hold one for OB We have 25 primary care providers spread across seven locations that refer back to our orthopedic surgery team Lab and x-ray services on site Full EMR-Meditech and LSS, Meditech will be transitioning to Epic in the futureCommunity - One of the most beautiful riverfront communities in the Midwest - Terrain is made up of rolling hills and 60-foot tall trees - Hospital lies on a hilltop of a residential community overlooking the riverfront community right along the shores of the Ohio River, down the hill - Historical downtown living, riverfront living, rural and suburbia all in a 15-mile radius - Riverfront historic community with homes over 100 years old - 45 minutes from Louisville, 1.5 hours from Cincinnati and 1.5 hours from Indianapolis
