You’ll research target companies, personalize outreach, engage prospects across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and help introduce technical buyers to an innovative infrastructure platform in a rapidly evolving market.This is a great fit for someone early in their sales career who is curious, sharp, highly motivated, and excited by emerging technology. You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable learning technical products and having thoughtful conversations with sophisticated customers.What You’ll DoProspect into target accounts through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels Qualify inbound leads and identify strong-fit opportunities for the sales team Research accounts and contacts to craft personalized, relevant outreach Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and credibly Engage with technical and business stakeholders in thoughtful discovery conversations Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback Stay current on AI, machine learning, developer tools, and broader technology trends Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline data in CRM and sales engagement tools Move quickly, test new approaches, and iterate based on what works What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or another fast-moving technology environment Prior BDR, SDR, sales, customer success, recruiting, or client-facing experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage thoughtfully with technical stakeholders or a demonstrated interest in learning technical products High sense of urgency, curiosity, and ownership Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with new prospects Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools Interest in AI, emerging technology, developer communities, or creative technology is a plus Energized by a startup environment where things move quickly and priorities can evolve Compensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this role is $59,500–$70,000 base salary, with $85,000–$100,000 OTE, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.Benefits IncludeCompetitive compensation and equity Health, dental, and vision insurance Learning and growth opportunities Regular team events and offsites Relocation support to San Francisco Visa sponsorship available LocationThis role is based in San Francisco, CA.Equal Opportunity StatementOur client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds.
