You will be part of the team responsible for leading the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Polarion ALM, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and aligns with Siemens' overall business objectives.You'll Make a Difference ByProduct Strategy & Vision: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for Polarion ALM, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and Siemens' business goals. Ensuring the product roadmap supports long-term growth, sustainability and Software-as-a-service orientation of Polarion.Product Strategy & Business Development: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for Polarion ALM, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and Siemens' business goals. You will drive business-oriented growth and identify new business development opportunities to expand our market share.Customer Engagement: Acting as the primary advocate for customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and feedback. Collaborating with key customers to gather insights, validate product ideas, and ensuring customer satisfaction with special attention to Polarion scalability and data retention.Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation. Using this analysis to inform product decisions and right-set product priorities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality product features. Collaborating with development teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery.Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Ensuring successful product releases, managing product enhancements and ensuring continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market demands.Your Success Is Grounded InA University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with experience in ALM, PLM, or System Engineering.A strong business-oriented mindset with experience in business development and strategic growth.Solid understanding of Software Defined Products (SDP) and methodologies.Superb communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.Customer-focused approach with a passion for solving complex problems.Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with customers and global teams.Join our Digital WorldA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
