It's ideal for an Assistant Project Manager ready to step up and grow into a full PM role within 18-24 months. Description Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through close‐out Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs Assist with estimating by bidding out assigned trades, collecting subcontractor pricing, scoping bids, and preparing trade packages Draft, negotiate, and track change orders and pricing proposals Lead OAC meetings as assigned and coordinate communication between owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Use Procore daily to manage project documentation, workflows, and reporting Step in to independently run a project or major scope when the PM is overseeing multiple jobs Support project close‐out activities including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
