Contract Manager

Job OverviewCreek Technologies is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager to support program leadership on a long-term federal contract focused on IT Engineering Support Services, Education and Training, and Professional Services contracts supporting customers in the Department of War and the Federal Government.This role supports cutting-edge technology initiatives that enable customers to sense, analyze, and act across complex operational environments. The program represents a key effort within Creek Technologies’ portfolio, delivering impactful solutions to evolving national security challenges.Key Responsibilities:Provide contractual leadership and guidance across multiple programs within federal acquisition frameworksBuild and maintain relationships with Government Contracting Officers and industry partnersNegotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreementsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and related documentsMonitor contract performance and support change management activitiesSupport proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and company policiesCollaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams (pricing, procurement, compliance)Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategiesManage organizational conflict of interest (OCI) processes and interpret contract requirementsParticipate in customer meetings as a key member of the program teamIndependently manage complex contracts, proposals, and risk reviewsDevelop negotiation strategies informed by acquisition regulations and business objectivesAdvise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risksEnsure compliance with company policies and U.S. Government regulationsInfluence internal and external stakeholders using best practices and sound judgmentCoordinate export compliance activities as requiredMentor junior team membersReview pricing documentation for accuracy and complianceQualifications:Contracts Manager, Junior, 4+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contractsContracts Manager, Journeyman, 6+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contractsContracts Manager, Senior, 10+ years of experience negotiating U.S. Government and commercial contractsStrong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulationsExperience supporting FAR-based procurements (Parts 12, 15, 35), OTAs, and CSOsStrong contract analysis and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsEducation & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (required)Master’s degree or advanced education (preferred)Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) (preferred)Culture & Growth MindsetDemonstrates a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and improving both individual performance and team outcomes.Contributes to a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with Creek’s values of accountability, growth, and excellence.
