We help families and businesses rebuild and recover with urgency, integrity, and expert care. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager to take the reins on daily operations and lead our field team to excellence.Position Overview:The Production Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all restoration and reconstruction projects. This person will coordinate field teams, manage job schedules, maintain quality control, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide outstanding customer service. You'll work directly with the owner to drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance-freeing the owner to focus on strategy and growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all field crews, subcontractors, and project timelinesCoordinate daily job schedules and dispatch crews effectivelyEnsure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to Paul Davis standardsPerform job site visits for quality assurance and problem-solvingCommunicate with customers throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with estimators, project coordinators, and insurance adjustersOversee materials, equipment logistics, and job readinessMaintain detailed documentation in Xactimate, DASH, and other softwareSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new field staffEnforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and EPA standardsQualifications:5+ years experience in restoration, construction, or property damage recoveryStrong project management and leadership skillsKnowledge of Xactimate, DASH, or similar platforms preferredAbility to prioritize and juggle multiple jobs simultaneouslyExcellent communication and people management skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountableValid CA driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonusesHealth and dental benefitsPaid time offCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursement
