R&D Engineer

The R&D Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products, technologies, or processes. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into manufacturable and scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research to develop new products, materials, or technologiesDesign, prototype, and test solutions to meet technical requirementsAnalyze experimental data and document resultsCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teamsImprove existing products through design optimizationEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsPrepare technical reports, specifications, and presentationsFamiliar with agency listing certs, UI, NSF, IntertekQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field2+ years of R&D or product development experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with CAD tools, testing methods, or simulationsAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment5.
