Please review the below job description and let me know if you are interested .Job Title: WIOA Partner Navigator (District 10) - Vocational Rehabilitation OfficeLocation: 1452 Vaxter Ave, Clarksville, IN 47129Work Model: Hybrid (Local candidates only)Rate: $22/hr (W2, No Benefits)Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Travel Requirement: Candidate will be required to travel within the district (Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, and Washington counties). Mileage will be reimbursed at the State rate.Job Summary:The WIOA Partner Navigator (WPN) will play a critical role in enhancing service delivery for individuals with disabilities by integrating partner programs and resources across Work One centers and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) offices. WPNs will act as a resource and liaison for cross-agency collaboration to streamline access to vocational services and support the employment goals of individuals with disabilities. This role is based in District 10 and will require a mix of on-site work at partner locations and some remote work.Key Responsibilities:Increase Service Reach: Expand the number of individuals with disabilities served across partner programs by leveraging supports and resources.Streamline Access: Identify and eliminate gaps or barriers to services by establishing a shared service delivery approach across partner agencies.Support Participant Navigation: Help individuals, especially youth and adults with barriers, navigate the transition from high school to postsecondary training and workforce services, ensuring access to necessary supports for successful outcomes.Promote Work-Based Learning: Facilitate access to meaningful work-based learning experiences and support services that lead to quality employment.Partner Program Integration: Serve as an embedded resource in Work One centers and VR offices to facilitate collaboration and service referrals for shared participants.Cross-Training and Knowledge Sharing: Coordinate cross-training for staff and retain knowledge of various partner programs to support integrated service delivery.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in social services, workforce services, vocational rehabilitation, education, or a related field.Experience: At least two years of experience in training, social services, workforce development, or related fields.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a collaborative environment.Knowledge: Understanding of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is highly desired.Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders is preferred.Disability Services Experience: Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
