Qualifications Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience Proven success in desking deals, closing, and team leadership Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership environment Strong knowledge of CRM systems (CDK, VinSolutions, AutoAlert) Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent Strong understanding of dealership sales operations and processes π
