The Polymer Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) to develop and improve polymer formulations and adhesive products. Day-to-day tasks include performing laboratory experiments, evaluating data, ensuring quality control standards are met, and providing analytical insights to refine product performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and conducting experimentsExperience with Quality Control protocols and processes to ensure compliance and product efficacyStrong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisionsBackground in Research and Research and Development (R&D) of polymer materials or adhesivesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilityEffective verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's or advanced degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related fieldPrevious experience in the adhesives or polymer industry is a plus
