The ST will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and overall quality of life.Must-Have Skills: Active Montana Speech Therapist License Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills Experience with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Knowledge of dysphagia management and therapy techniques Excellent communication and patient care skillsExperience Required: Minimum 3 year of Speech Therapy experience required Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferredKey Responsibilities:• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans• Provide therapy for communication and cognitive impairments• Treat dysphagia and swallowing disorders• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teamCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296027.
