Illinois Licensed Account Representative

A company is looking for a Client Relations Account Representative to manage client interactions and promote insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities Conduct high volume customer contact to promote and renew insurance coverage Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary information is collected Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain customer relationships post-sale Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels An active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
